I don’t think so, I think that big tree thing disappears from the map after you defeat Hein.

YEah the tree thing does disappear from the map remember it returned to the forest adn replanted and siad itll slepp for a thousand years or sumthin(sleep part may not have happened).
If you can remember which forest it was you could try re-entering via that forest.
