I am at the part where Terra Bannon and Edgar are together. We just finished going down abunch of waterfalls and it left me by city Nerha but all the towns kick me out. Where do I go. Thanks for your help!

It’s pretty obvious where he is. There’s really only one time you have Banon, Edgar and Terra only. By Nerha, you mean Narshe (unless you have a crappy ROM). So the guards kick ya out. What you’ve gotta do is as soon as you enter Narshe, don’t go forward, go left instead. You can enter the Narshe the same way Locke exited it earlier in the game, through the mines 🙂 Going left as soon as you enter Narshe gets you into the mines.
