ok, i NOW know about the w-item trick. but i found out too late. i dont have anymore, and i also have a glitch in my game to where i cant raise a chocobo. therefore, i cant race a chocobo to earn a hero drink from the gold saucer. however, i also heard that you can bet on chocobos other than your own to earn a hero drink from the exchange counter. well, i tried that. and when i win my bet the lady at the counter just says "hi" and won’t let me choose to buy the items.
well i need these hero drinks to beat ruby and emerald. any ideas?????

Well, I never needed W-item, and I never used Hero drinks, either. You can beat the weapons without it. 😉
About the glitch, well, there’s really not much you can do about it. Buying a new game makes the most sense. 🙁

I never used Hero Drinks, and I beat all the Weapons (eventually) just make sure you have Final Attack and either Revive or Phoenix and you’ll be fine

What the hell are hero drinks?! I have never heard of them in my life. I still beat the Weapons easily without these.

You can win them in Chocobo Racing, just either bet or race at S-Class.

Have you gone into the crater yet? Because if you haven’t I’m sure there are some down there. You can find them, and when you go into the crater, other party members will give you items. I’m pretty sure you’ll get at least one hero drink, and then you can use W-item. 🙂
