… are there any good games on this console? I’m plan on getting the following games: Powerslave, Quake, Doom, and Hexen. I’m also getting Action Replay 4-in-1 cartrige off of ebay. Did anyone owned a Sega Saturn? If so tell me about how you enjoyed playing and what you think of it.

Panzer Dragoon Saga is real expensive. But if you can find it fairly cheap, get it. At the very worst, you can end up e-baying it for 100+ dollars.

I would definitely recommend Nights Into Dreams. It’s probably my favorite game for the console. It shouldn’t be too expensive. Maybe 20-30 at most.

I really can’t remember what else I liked. But, if you find that rare copy of the unfinished Sonix X-Treme, please give it to me.

I GOT THE SATURN FOR THAT GAME AND IT NEVER CAME OUT I AM SAD

Jealous that you didn’t get a Sega Satrun or Hexen? I feel sorry for you man. Speaking of Hexen. That game must be brought on Xbox Live Arcade for the 360! Raven software has to make Hexen III!

Get it modded and look around some of the Saturn fan communities on the internet, if any of them are still chugging. But seriously, get it modded.

One of the best reasons to have a Saturn is fighting games, by the way. If you’re into stuff like Street Fighter, you’re in for a treat with a Saturn.

Here’s the deal: If you’ve got a really good game in mind, Import it. Most of the really good Saturn games only came out in Japan. lucky bastards…

ANYWAY: If you can find it, I suggest go looking for a game called Radiant Silvergun. It’s far better than any Saturn game ever, even better than the arcade-perfect port of Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter that came out.

ALSO OF NOTE: Where can I get one of these mysterious cheap Saturns?

Umm, you can’t "go looking for" Radiant Silvergun. You either pay insane prices to get it on ebay, or you sit around and wonder if it’s really all it’s cracked up to be.

There is a new game store that opened where I live. It sells NES, SNES, and other old games as far as I could tell, along with Dreamcast and consoles. The entire floor is green, and the place smelled funny.
