Hunter X Hunter

I have got the feeling that only few will know this… but who here has heard of, or watched, or read Hunter X Hunter?

I bought the first seven volumes yesterday and read most of them… sniff sniff when I have finished them…

And I LOVE it, and I am not exxagerating. At first it did not impress me because the drawing style of the author is quite simple, but it is truly well done and has great characters, great character development, and I just stayed glued to the pages…

I have barely touched my Rurouni Kenshin 21 because of it! That is odd!

So anyone know it? Hummm…?

Well, I’ve seen it.:D A friend of mine is totally obsessed with hunter x hunter. I think he owns the whole set of manga. I’ve read some, and I must say that the fight scenes are pretty cool. I don’t like the main character too much… he’s too… young. I’ve seen the first 5 episodes of the anime too, but the anime is only okay. I wouldn’t like it as much as I do now if I didn’t know that the author of hunter x hunter is also the author of yu yu hakusho.

You don�t like Gon? Aw, but he is so cute (and dumb, which makes him more cute). I know I like small children… small dumb children. Hehehe.

Yu Yu Hakusho… I did not buy it though I have seen the manga in the shelf. You know, I thought something like � 100 are enough for a single day… 😀 Is it that good? (I�ve only read chapter 1)

Yu Yu Hakusho is one of the mangas that got me into anime, so of course it’s good. It’s the best of its time, along with slam dunk.^^ Times has changed, though, so I really don’t know if you’ll like it as much as I do.

Gon. Right, I remember his name now… that obnoxious kid.:eye: I’m not too crazy about little kids in anime.

I love Hunter X Hunter i’ve read the manga up to volume 10. My favourite character is Hisoka hes just so creepily cool if ya get what i mean.

like the art in it quite a lot although it can get a bit sketchy and looks a bit hurried at times, but for the most part it’s good.

Also the next story arc of the manga features the Ryodan(the people who killed Kurapica’s clan) and just gets better and better though looks set to be quite long.

Yeah, Hisoka rocks! He�s a good character, he has got cool scenes and his relationship to Gon creates quite a lot of suspence, and excitement.
I like him, too… but I think if I met him… I�d run!
