I uploaded my ost onto my itunes and its in track order but when i access its backup its in reverse order (last track to first track) the thing is how can i re arrange it to its track one first and so on… or would i have to literally copy it directly from the CD?

If you’re on Windows:
Open an explorer window (window button + e) and navigate to your music folder.
Right-click on empty white space > Sort By > Name
It will switch between Descending <-> Ascending each time you click it on the sort order.
You can also change your folder view to Details and click on Name/Title/Track, etc. (Have to right-click on the bar for the columns and select "more…" to access other details)
