How to convert BNK files to a more useable format?

Since nobody seemed to want to rip Twisted Metal: Black’s complete OST, I figured I’d do it myself. There’s only one problem though, how exactly do I do it? From a quick Google search I came up with the conclusion that a BNK file could either be music or a video. If someone has ripped the OST for the game before, what converter should I use to get the tracks?
