I browse through threads daily and consistently see people who have posted large images of alternate artwork that they have done. I wish to do the same, but every time I try to the photo uploader does not work. I am forced to use the basic uploader because no matter how many times I click on the "Select File" button, nothing happens. Then, when using the basic uploader, it does not seem to matter how big the file is, it consistently tells me that the file size is ~30MB larger than my limit. I get the same message whether the file is 1GB or 50MB. Usually, my files are around 200KB in size.
I’ve also tried to use the From URL feature by uploading my images to Flickr and then coping the URL. It always says "error: Invalid File". I’ve even tried clicking share on Flickr and pasting that link to yield the same results. If anyone could enlighten as to just what it is exactly that I am doing wrong, it would be much appreciated.

image link paste here
You have to upload the photo to a file sharing photo site, then you have to copy and paste the link. Does that make sense?
I personally use imgur.com

1) The upload directly From Computer-option doesn’t work, sorry.
2) When you use the From URL tab to embed an image hosted somewhere, remember to uncheck the option "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" (found just under the text-area where you should put the link to the image).
