How many kills did you get for pink tails>?

I got in 600 kills, got 2 pink tails.
Since then I have total of 2200 kills…
But what the hell, I still only have 2 pink tails.
I have had maximum gill in the game twice, I got 2 pink tails.

2200 kills = 2200/5 battles = 440 battles
So… for me, it’s 1/220 battles per pink tails. Ouch.

i maxed out the bestiary entry for those guys i guess its 999, i cant remember, i was on an extended FF break…but now im hooked again and trying to get a pink tail i still dont even have one…
i also need a mindflayer and bomb summon
can you help?
also wondering how to get a hero’s shield and if its worth getting a cursed ring or glass mask…

does anyone else have any stats they can share?

Took me about 69 for some pink tail.

lolz, anyways i finally got my pink tail, ff version pink tail, but i want four more for my other party members… 🙂

It’s a ridiculously rare item drop that you exchange for the best armor in the game (FF4). Flan Princesses are the enemies that drop them (They look like melted pink marshmallows. Yes, PINK MARSHMALLOWS. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE TAILS. Oh, and they dance).
