Like graphics wise for the texutres, lighting, physics, character model, animations etc etc… how do PS3 games like KZ2 and U2 compare to Crysis. Like does Crysis absoloutely kill them in graphics or are these games not far behind Crysis at all ???

I’m not quite sure, and someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Crysis and Crysis 2 on a really good PC is like a million times better, graphically and everything else, then anything on the PS3. At the moment, I don’t know how Crysis 2 on PS3 compairs to the Killzone and Uncharted series.

Crysis 1 on PC rapes any game ever made ever, graphically. Crysis 2 on PC doesn’t look as good, but it’s still fantastic and runs a lot better. Crysis 2 is the best looking Xbox360 game, and while it’s the same on PS3, it’s not as good as Uncharted 2. Close, but not quite there. Mostly because of performance problems. It does have a lot of detail for a console game. It’s on par with the best of them though, make no mistake about that.

MGS4 was impressive only from a technical aspect. It had some of the best AA I’ve seen on PS3 and great texture work and overall looked great despite it’s low resolution (1024×720). But the entire game was so murky and ugly and barely had any colour to it 🙁 I’m sure it was impressive at the time, but plenty of games have surpassed it graphically.
