How come forum search results don’t come up in GD?

I’m not gonna share what I was searching for, but the other day I was doing a forum search for a word that is definitely in a thread in General Discussion right now, and it gave me "no matches". Then I searched something else which I knew was there, and found one post with it OUTSIDE of there.

Then, as a final test to see if General Discussion filters search results or something, I searched something that would be there a lot… I searched "Obama", and sure enough, all the results that came up were outside of GD.

So… why is this? Can it be fixed?

So… anyone know? It’s almost been a week.
