Speaking of, I never finished the game. I got to where nigol found the cats–one of the akers showed himself and I thought I was supposed to use the walkie talkie. Well, I used the walkie talkie to call for help and I was transported back an hour or so to an earlier part in the game and the items that I need to continue have already been used.

And since my latest save point was four hours or so behind– I just decided to quit the game. I got kind of upset because I had really gotten into the story at that point and was playing the game despite the gameplay issues.
