Heroes Shed No Tears is a 1986 Hong Kong action film written and directed by John Woo, produced by Peter Chan, and starring Eddy Ko. Released prior to the success of Woo’s A Better Tomorrow, the film is a story about a group of mercenaries on a mission to extract a drug lord from the Indochina area.

The Soundtrack
When I watched this movie, I really liked the music. Since there was no official soundtrack released of any kind, I ripped the music from the movie and made it into it’s own soundtrack.

I was easily able to remove the dialogue, explosions, etc. and rip the music from the Fortune Star Remastered version of the film since it had a 6 channel AC3 audio codec. You might here some noises in the background on some of the songs such as wind or birds. That’s because again, it’s ripped from the movie and they remastered the sounds by adding in generic environmental background noises. But that won’t get in the way of most of the music.

There is no official soundtrack release. This is the only available soundtrack of the film.
