Help!Anybody knows this song?

[Since a friend asked me to help searching a game he barely remembers, I decided to ask you people since you might be able to help him with this:

So I’ve realised that I finally can search for that sample/game that I remembered for about 15 years now by using the Korg DS-10.

It’s a Gameboy-game (was on a 50-in-1-cart a classmate had, hence I have no idea what the name of the game was) and might possibly have some PC/C64/NES-counterparts I don’t know about as well, so if you have a general knowledge of games back then, please try once if you know this game …

I tried to be as accurate as possible with the tracking, however, I’ve listened to that melody 15 to 17 years ago, so the accuracy might differ in detail – but I got the melody dead right (as far as I can remember).
