it once was public, when it started, and at that time it had links. it is private now, and as far as i know (I might be wrong) not for free either.
So you will only see or get links when you are member.

WoS has been like that for a pretty damn long time. My guesses are that either that place turned into an information-only blog, or sharing is happening between some members/followers… not the blog’s owner.
Not that you’d get much out of it, even with public links, most stuff was hosted on RapidShare/MU… likely dead by now.
