Umm… anyone have trouble playing FF9 on a PS2? I’m trying to do it, but for some reason it keeps getting stuck on a black screen after I rescue the princess and get the mog flute.
Anybody have any idea how to fix this? (the musics playing, but I don’t see anything…)

Clean the FFIX disc. Either that or for the Playstation version thing (press triangle twice in browser/system menu screen) swap the different PSX thinsg around for Texture Mapping and Disc Speed…

hah, so it’s not only on mine it does it.
It happens in a number of places, you just eject the desk and put it back in again, plain and simple.
