Oh man you’re screwed! The best you can hope for is to run into her around the wutai area. Just keep fighting random enemies until she shows up. She even gives you a Gold Chocobo if you beat her in one turn.

If you really want to know you need to find the level 99 red chocobo in the wutai forest………. its super rare but if you catch it, you can fly and once your flying you have to find her on her airship flying somewhere above wutai…
