haveing exp issues

i am at level 8 and i am not gettign any exp form killing the wild rabbiets and tunnal worms right now and its ameking me a little angery becuase when i fight anything else it kilsl me and if i die one mroe time i go abck down to 7 is any one else haveing issues were they cant get exp ?

Well, from level 1-10 I’d recommend you level yourself in the beginning areas (Bastok – South Gustaberg and North Gustaberg. Windurst – West Sarutabaruta and East Sarutabaruta. San d’Oria – East Ronfaure and West Ronfaure).

Once you hit level 10, you can then try and get in a experience points party in Valkurm Dunes (level 10-20). A lot of beginners to the game choose Valkurm Dunes to level in, as you can get the three items you need to be able to equip a subjob to your main job there (Crab Apron, Damselfly Worm and a Magicked Skull). You can also try Buburimu Pennisula near Windurst for the other three items as well (Mighty Rarab’s Tail, Cup of Dhalmel Saliva and a Bloody Robe).

Personally, I try to level my jobs to at least 12 in the beginning areas, (My character is from Bastok, so I level in South and North Gustaberg respectively), then at level 12, I level to 15 solo in Konschtat Highlands. At 15, I go to Valkurm Dunes to join a experience party.

If that’s the case, move on to the next area. I’m gonna take a guess here, that you’re San d’Orian (If you’re fighting Orcs that is.), I’d suggest moving out from the Ronfaure areas, and try La Theine Plateau.

I have heard of some low levels, levelling their characters/jobs in Ghelsba Outpost… however, if you choose to do this, stick close to the zone line area to West Ronfaure.

Google search Campsitarus.org, shows best exp and various exp spots from like 10-75, once you have learnt to adapt to a 6 man PT.

Can’t stress that enough for new players. Check EVERYTHING. It will help you figure out what’s not worth your time, and what’s too powerful to take on. Generally when you’re soloing before level 10, you want to fight something that’s Easy Prey or Decent Challenge. Good luck everyone.
