I have this game, FF xi online. but nearly a years fromI payed. I wanna start again but my reg code doesent work. do i need to buy a new one?

I think there is a place on the website where you can retrieve the password. Also, you know that your character is deleted if its been a year right?

If your character has been deleted, it can be retrived, despite what is stated in the manual, as Square Enix archives the character and account data before it’s deleted off the server.

To do so, you have to contact SE’s PlayOnline Information Centre to get your account reinstated, although it may take a while before your character is restored.
