Custom decomposed version of the soundtrack for Halo Reach (2010) composed by Martin O’Donnell and Michael Salvatori, edited by me. i.e., all sub-songs in each of the suites have been edited to function as separate tracks. I didn’t add any fade or reverb effects at the end of each track, so they may appear harshly-edited when viewed or listened to individually, but I only left them alone to preserve the original album quality and provide gapless playback when listened to in full.
(The sub-track titles are real, by the way. I didn’t just make them up.)
All tracks have been tagged accordingly with album information and art. Enjoy!
A version similar for ODST by another user used that word. Basically I took the suites from the soundtrack and edited the individual cues into their own files, so they could be treated as individual tracks, and set them up so they could be played in a library gaplessly. I don’t know, not my word of choice, but it seemed to be one most were already familiar with.
PS. Bungie should have released this score like this in the first place…
