It seems very different to any soundtrack of Halo… Do you like it? :/
Personally i’m afraid that the Halo soundtracks are going to loose their identity with the change of composers.

I love it. I believe there needed to be a change because: Not only is this a new trilogy, but a new story and a new universe. So this music fits in my mind perfectly. Neil Davidge is BA with this!
Also thanks for the upload!

So far so good. It definitely has a Halo feel to me, and after a trilogy of variations on the same essential style and a couple of offshoots from that as well, it’s probably time for a bit of a new direction. But it’s pretty early yet. There could still be some more "Halo-eque" elements in the soundtrack.

Wow…just listened to it. Sounds amazing. It does sound different, but it still sounds great. Pretty catchy, too. I hope to here more from this new composer.

It is too soon to judge in my opinion. I’ll give a fair chance to than new stuff though.
Right now sounds much less epic than what those two composed for the series.

Love Massive Attack and loved their score for Danny the Dog. Seems like Neil Davidge is following the motif of the Halo universe in his own unique way and based on this sample and the game trailer music, I am extremely excited!
