Thirteen years ago
I began collecting Pog
What a big mistake

Do you feel hungry?
I know a Mexican place
With discount tacos

The last time I drank
I can’t remember for sure
But I think I ralphed

This is a haiku
It’s a Japanese poem
Snow is always cold

If you were to sum up all of those haikus into one sentence, what would the main point of it be? I would like to know?

Most of those just look like random things that just happen to be the right amount of syllables for a haiku. Although the second Haiku does reminds me of taco bell a little.

Do you mean to sum each one into its own respective sentence, or to sum up all 4 into one unifying sentence? Because the first three are pretty simple to understand. You’re right, they’re just statements in the mode of haiku. Although the topics are random, the arrangement of words and sentences was done intentionally in the style of haiku. I was thinking: Hmm, I’ll write a haiku about Pogs/drinking/tacos. The last one is even less insightful, it was just for the hell of it, and the last line is just kind of poking fun at traditional haiku.
If I had to sum them all up into one sentence, it would have to be this:
"Weed makes you think you can be creative, but odds are you probably aren’t."

Good enough answer for me, I see the logic behind it.

Look up at the sky!
See how beautiful it is?
You’re the opposite.

I don’t think you have a friend, enjoy reciting haiku to your reflection.
