This compilation has 17 segments, and the only cue is fading.
Edit – Sorry the error has been rectified

Sorry I had compiled this song in a single Cool Edit session :/
Next one will have numeral cues.

Since I listened to that compilation in the morning while preparing for work, I can’t tell you the numbers of each, but I’ve immediately recognized a few. Although I don’t remember all, here is what I remember to have recognized:

Rocket Knight – Lakeside (I think… Level 1 nevertheless)
Mortal Kombat Trilogy – The Bridge (once again, not sure if that was the title. I put MKT because I don’t know which game it originated in – although it’s probably MK3)
Final Fantasy VII – Cosmo Canyon (a remix)

Jessie

The Mortal Kombat Trilogy or 3 one is – The Street
Streets of Rage Remake – Never Return Alive
Burnout 3 – Lazy Generation

That’s all i know, except the Cosmo Canyon one that’s already been mentioned.

Yeah, I remember recognizing Streets of Rage, as well. I’ve also recognized other tracks, but I wasn’t able to put them somewhere, considering I was listening to that compilation only once and were doing something else meanwhile.

So far identified

3. Sparkster – Level 1 music (Lake) by Sherlock
4. Dan Forden’s the Street bgm from MK3 by Jessie
12. Burnout 3 (F-ups the Lazy Generation, intro song) by Jessie
13. SorR – Never Return Alive by Jessie
15. FFVII Red XIII’s theme by Sherlock

I expected more findings quite frankly. There’s about only one song in there that can be considered vague 😉 And the last segment is quite easy 😀
(not that I’d be particularly doing much better with other remixes haha)

As said: I listened to it once in the morning while being focussed on something else.

mind listening to it once more? 😉

Red Arremer

I did, and I wasn’t able to really recognize anything else. I know a lot of them, but I can’t put my finger on anything. Sorry.

Somewhere in the middle I think I heard Loco Roco,… maybe?

Isn’t the last Zero Wing or something?

Pulsar_t

#17 is Zero Wing indeed. But no Loco Roco I’m afraid 😛

Perhaps I should offer a small prize or something? 😛

My guesses would be:
the 3rd sigma level in megaman x
possibly a castlevania tune.
edit:I hear unreal tournament trophy room

If it’s not the Trophy Room it’s the Ending.

Isn’t one of the songs from Timesplitters: Future Perfect?

Segment 5 is definitely "to make the end of battle" from Ys book 1 and 2. I’ve listened to enough Falcom music to recognize that track anywhere.

Edit: segment 2 is "One night in Neo Kobe city" from Snatcher.

Edit Edit: Segment 1 is "act on instinct" from the original Command and Conquer game.

Pulsar_t

1. Act on Instinct by Frank Klepacki from C&C by Lord Magister
2. Snatcher – One night in Neo Kobe city by Lord Magister
3. Sparkster – Level 1 music (Lake) by Sherlock
4. Dan Forden’s the Street bgm from MK3 by Jessie
5. To make end of battle – YS 2 by Yuzo Koshiro (arrange) by Lord Magister
9. Earthworm Jim 2 – Doobeedowapbop (that’s its title) by gwimmel
12. Burnout 3 (F-ups the Lazy Generation, intro song) by Jessie
13. SorR – Never Return Alive by Jessie
14. Unreal Tournament’s Trophy room by shuruka
15. FFVII Red XIII’s theme by Sherlock
17. Zero Wing’s theme by Asamiya

Six segments remain to be identified. Thanks to everyone who has taken part so far!
