Hello, I’m trying to find the soundtrack for this game. I know the site has it, but it’s the NTSC version. Well, the only difference between the two is that the PAL has the remix version of My Favourite Game which is the intro to it. Thank you!

I’ve the GRAN TURISMO 2 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK [Sony Records – VRCH-4005], but it doesn’t contains that version of My Favourite Game by The Cardigans. This disc is just the sound of the game, the menu songs I mean (as the rest of the GT soundtracks). There isn’t a NTSC or PAL version of the soundtrack, the soundtrack is only one, what you’ve found is an audio extract of the NTCS-USA disc maybe.

Maybe you’re looking for an audio extract of the songs for the races that appeared on the PAL version?, or just menu songs? Anyway, I’ve the PAL version of My Favourite Game by The Cardigans. If you need it I can send it to you (low quality unfortunately).

I’m a GT player since 1997, I keep all the GTs on my collection so if you desire and you can wait a week or so, I could give you a so better recording of this track since I have my GRAN TURISMO 2 pal version and the next week I’ll be able to make you a recording using the GRAN TURISMO 2 on the PLAYSTATION 3 and recording it through digital OPTICAL OUT with the X-FI FATAL1TY sound card.

320kbps if it’s ok with you, if you can’t, then mp3 is fine. Ohh, I hope you do the audio extract to that one too. See you and thank you very much!

As promised, here you have your recording using the GRAN TURISMO 2 Arcade Disc on Playstation 3, audio through SPDIF output. I did two conversions:

If using the second recording you see a different lenght than 02:53, tell me. I had at first try an error with the config. on the 48Khz, but I solved it later. I hope that you enjoy the difference with the first recording I gave you, I love how the cars sound.
