Ok I’ve been looking up kenshin stuff and I see alot of different art styles (as far as i can tell around 3). One were kenshin has big eyes and spikey hair and one were his hair has a fine detail not to mention his eyes are completely different one has bigger eyes and one has smaller…I was thinking it had to do with Samurai X stuff you know "trust and betreyal" (I think thats what they were called) anyways can someone clear this up…

Yup.

The normal TV series was based on the manga. The art was kind of close to Watsukis art style… or one of his styles because it developed fast and in extreme ways…
TV series ()

The anime series stopped following the mangas story line after the Kyoto arch. However, the the big flashback telling Kenshins past was adapted as the Trust and Betrayal OVA… or Tsuiokuhen…
The art style was changed a lot to fit the gloomier mood. In my opinion they created a masterpiece.
OVA 1 ()

Hmmm… the second OVA had even more realistic design, but I dont have pictures. If youre suicidal, check for the Seisouhen OVA, although I still dont see why anybody would want to watch that. 😉

The art also changes throughout the TV series… quite … Remember it has more than ninety episodes. Some of those pics look ugly. O_o
