I’m currently trying to extract the interactive music from NFS: Most Wanted (yeah, I know there’s already a rip of it on this site, but that rip is riddled with pops and clicks and the ripper did poor work constructing the tunes), and I have to merge a LOT of .wav files (the music is split into tiny sound files lasting 1-3 seconds each).

So, does anyone know of a good utillity which is capable of merging 1000 wav files at one time? I’ve been searching a bit around but I haven’t had any luck so far. I considered using winamp’s disk writer plugin, but I can’t get that to output with the exact same format.
