Giza Plains- The Rains??

I’m ~lvl70, finished almost all the hunts and side quests, except I passed over the Gil Snapper hunt the first time around, went to do it later on and "The Rains" are gone, I keep checking back but the rain won’t return. Does anyone know how I can get the rain to come back or if there is a pattern to it. I could kill this guy in afew hits at this point, if I could actually get to where he is.

Am I outta luck?

baisically there is a Seeq outside Rabanastre south gate on the way to Giza who will tell you th eweather in Giza and how long till it will change, I haven’t had the chance to play and check this out yet, I will tonight though

oh that’s cool. i myself just used to look off into the horizon to see what it is. but i never knew when it would change. that’s neat.
