Gender Wars Orig. Soundtrack – Russ Dunham, Steven Bishop & Richard Robinson (flac)

Gender Wars is a syndicate-like game created in 1996.
There are 2 reasons why it was so good.
The first is that the game is so satiric, that if anyone would create similar game today, he’d be in jail already 😉
Second reason is the soundtrack, which is full of nostalgia for me. Link is under the pic.

Well, to be honest, I think it’s a redbook, I will correct info in first thread. There was no official cd release of it, as I know.

It’s redbook bud and i fiddled with the front cover in potatoeshop to give it the grid pattern on the writing (if you wanna check out more of my uploads give them a look bud ^^). Also, There were never any track names given to them so i just named them like GWARS 01, 02 etc. The hiss is present on the files on the disc which is fun so i’d love to try to get em a bit cleaned up. This was ALSO ment to come with a syndicate wars download too but it seems that wasn’t good enough to upload 😉

I was searching for this soundtrack here on ff forums, but didn’t find it. Later found epforums, and because it wasn’t here on ffshrine, I wanted to let other people to listen to it. 😉 Of course all credits must go for you now 😉

Don’t mind you keeping it up here atall just wish you had let people know where you had gotten it from. I’ve also uploaded a couple of soundtracks that i’ve found on here to emu but always give cudos and thanks where they are due man thats all.

Little update for this and a weird story on how I found the actual composer bud XD. Bought the Tomb Raider suite deluxe tin last damn fecking year (STILL waiting…), got to talk with Nathan McCree himself in a mix up over the digital version. After a back and fourth for a little I was asking a few questions about old games, turns out he’s the one who composed the Gender Wars ost XD And although he didn’t give a date, he said he might actually be re-releaseing alot of those old game soundtracks he made in an updated form.

If that happens I’ll make sure to post a link to it.
