I liked the gameplay of FFX-2…
With game-play, I don’t just mean the battle system and the class-system etc, but also the way that you play the game. The fact that you can go where you want and do what you want, that you have free choice and a lot to discover, yet not a lot of things that you MUST do, that was something I enjoyed a lot.

The battle system was fast and refreshing. It was a lot of fun. The dress-spheres were another thing I enjoyed. I like the freedom that a class system offers, one of the reasons why I liked FF5.

i was refering to the battle-system, the fighting part, its too screwed up, you have to rush your move, but in FFX you get time to plan your move then do it, which i i think is alot better than being rushed! Battle-system in FFX-2, before i make a move, my health is already at half, which i think is aload of crap! lol!

i found the battle system of FFX-2 crap! By the time i picked an attack, i was almost dead, which jst made the game so rubbish, battle system for FFX was alot better, had time to plan your attack and sort out everything, but with FFX-2 you have to rush and it jst gets so confusing, my opinion FFX out ranks FFX-2 for the battle system, whole game even! infact, FFX is the only game i liked in the Final Fantasy saga, since every other gameplay was like FFX-2.

I think it’s a good touch making you be decisive about your actions. In a real fight, an enemy isn’t going to wait for you to make your move before attacking again. Why not apply the same concept in a game?

I adored the battle system, especially the garment girds. It was so much fun plotting them out for each character, and completely exhilirating when I pulled off getting the cool bonuses for all of my characters.

I really don’t care for slower paced stuff- tactics is a good game and all, but I’d rather play Disgaea- that one keeps me on my toes.

If the battle system is X-2 is really too fast for you, you can turn down the speed. o_O

If the battle system was what you mean, then talk about it in the thread we just so happen to have for that.
