The in-game audio is actually 22050 Hz. For some reason, Track 13 is set to 37800. Open it in Audacity, click on the dropdown next to the name on the track and hover over set rate, then choose 22050 and it plays normally 🙂

EDIT: They’re all 37800Hz, but for some reason, Track 13 needs to be set to 22050Hz to be played properly. At least, in the PC version of the game, the audio is 22050Hz

Nearly all of the PlayStation titles that have CD-XA audio are at 37800Hz natively. I’ll fix that track and re-upload it 🙂
