Game crashes in Forgotten City, need help!

Ok, I have a big problem, I am with Bugenhagen in the Forgotten City, and I have given the key of the ancients to him, but when I try to enter the waterfall, the game freezes! What to do? I play on a PlayStation 2, if someone could help me I would be very thankful.

Try playing with another copy of the disc, and ascertain if the problem lies in your copy of the game or the console.
