When you’ve finished a game, what terminology do you use?

For example, when I’ve completed a game, I have beaten it. A friend of mine says that he’s solved it.

Kind of a strange topic but, nonetheless, I’m curious.

Basically what you said, when you fisnish a game its finished. So when I finish a game I say either I finished it or I beat the game.

When I get to the end of a game, I say I have beat it. When I unlock all secrets/weapons/whatnot, I say I have completed it.

I usually say "I’ve beaten that game" or "I won the game!".

"I have DESTROYED it!" or sometimes:
Me: "Foolish mortals! You thought a mere hame could outsmart one such as meeeeeee!!!!"
John: "Uh…. it was on very easy…"
Me: "…… MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! That’s what you think!" *Runs away*

……. really.

When I have finished a video game I always say I win it because sometimes finishing a video game can be quite challenging =_=

Greetings.

When I finish a game, depending on the game, I say different things. For example, when I finished Vandal Hearts (With everything, including having Ash Lambert as the Vandalier), and Final Fantasy VIII, I usually say I’ve mastered it. Rather presumptious (SP?) I know to say that, but I have literally masterd Vandal Hearts 1 and Final Fantasy VII (Except for the damn pocketstation part of the game, Been looking for a pocketstation but can’t find one. **sigh**).

For many of my other games, I just say I’ve done it, it’s done. NEW GAME NOW!!
