does anyone know how to convert .samp files or at least a plugin for them same with .seg files and .bin files

.samp has ot been cracked yet, .seg is not audio and .bin could be anything. VGMstream may be able to help you further with this

Damn because after looking at the games iso carefully it looks like .samp is a audio file for some NGC games like Skies Of Arcadia as an example
.seg must be for backgrounds and such like that
hmmmmm hopefully someone can figure out a way to rip/convert .samp’s to a .adx or .Dsp or any of those NGC formats that are available

shit sorry bro, wish i could help, maybe you should download a program called switch, its free i think, can let you change formats of at least music files, thats all ive ever converted w/ it so i hope that works, just google switch sound file convertor and snag it lol
