Friday The 13th VII The New Blood Complete Score

This is a edit that started back in January 2012 when the release of the Friday The 13th Soundtrack Collection came out. This is a collaboration between me and Ross72. This is purely my edit what he helped with, we went through each cue heard in the score and indentified what music was reused. This still contains some sfx until those cues have been indentified any help would be great but for the most part alot of it is sfx free. What was used was the box set also the original soundtrack ,the bootleg and the dvd. This is not the same sfx laden bootleg going around. Alot of time have gone into mixing and editing each cue to run smoothly. This was definitely a headache since they used music from the past 6 films so the search took longer.

your welcome. I had hopes that after the first 6 soundtracks came out I thought we might of got expanded parts 7 and 8 but of course that hasn’t happen. When I started this I had no idea that they reused music from all 6 films. I spent alot of hours listening to cues over and over again from all the past 6 soundtracks.One thing with Harry Manfredini’s scores theirs alot of repeat music . The only cues that were easy were the ones from Jason Lives they sound nothing like the previous 5 films. One of the hardest things was they overlayed ki ma’s over existing music that didn’t have them originally that’s where I had to use the dvd for and mixed those in.

agreed. i had an idea of how hard it was painstakingly trying to hear and identify the music going through the entire film scene by scene, i tried that and it’s insanely hard. 😀

i think it was last year that i get to watch all the Jason V. movies each night consecutively and it’s a blasts, lol…
i just had an idea of doing that again with all the zombies and michael myers series this time…

I noticed there is 7 tracks missing from the zip file.

their should be 47 tracks in all

I have downloaded it twice and both times there where only 40 tracks. tracks 12, 15, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, are missing.
