Fragile..another poem……….

Shattering
The wine glass of my reality
The blood drips from the tip
It flows like a river
All my thoughts
My memories
My spirit

Fragility
A word that comes to mind
When the word "love" is said
It breaks so easy
And its so hard to find

Left and right those three words are said
Do we really mean it?
Fragility
It breaks so easy
Yet it is truly hard to find
Its easy to fake

Its easy to fake
I beleive so
How much real love is around us
Fragility
It breaks so easy
Yet its hard to find
Its easy to fake
And it takes so little to make
True love

Time ticks by
A relationship is broken
And another arises from its ashes
But its fragile I say
Why?
Because it breaks so easy

I love the repitition here….it really punches out the message well. The good thing in this is that it sounds as if the whole poem is about to fall apart from lack of structure, but yet the repitition glues it together. The reason it’s so well that it doesn’t flow is that it really makes it look "fragile"….as if it were to shatter all to pieces. This is one of my favourites from you. Keep it up.
