They sound GBA quality.
Also, 128 kbps MP3 (seriously? We shouldn’t be accepting anything lower than 320 kbps in 2011), and they’re all timed at 2:05, i.e. not properly timed, and therefore, tracks that are maybe only a few seconds long take up more space than necessary. Did you rip these from minigsf files?

Oh, I downloaded this file 4 years ago, then… I can try to find the good rip that I have somewhere.
