Flexible weapons

Well guys, I’m pretty sure when I played the pal version I could purchase them, but now I do not see where.

Where can I get flexible weapons? (The weapons with all 4 empty slots)
If I can’t buy them, which fiend drops them? I have two for Tidus, a shield for Tidus and one for Rikku.

I need to customize Tidus weapon to make it as the celestial one (I pass on chocobo racing) And I need to customize all shields…

Another question:

How can I customize a Ribbon. I though it was with Dark Matter… but I have Dark Matter and I do not see that option.

Customising a blank weapon won’t make it as good as the celestial one, but if you want blank ones to start with then you can buy them from Wantz in Macalania or fight in the Omega Ruins. Something in there drops blank weapons and armours, not sure what it is exactly but I always got quite a few from there.

You need 99 Dark Matters for Ribbon. That’s a lot of arena fighting, although you get given 99 once you’ve captured 5 of every enemy.

Celestial Weapons have other added effects, I don’t know who they belong to but, some weapons deal more damage as you have lower HP for example. As far as I know, all Celestial weapons have Pierce (though that ability is hidden), for that reason, customized weapons will never be as good.

Well, the problem with celestial weapons is the ability and ap block. You will need the proper crest and sigil to break this block. Then you got fully flexable weapons
