No, it is an audio drama, its a french production made by Gerald Orye, a fan of Saint seiya that had contact with Seiji Yokoyama, so he make seiji yokoyama compose music for his production.
Actually i have never seen this Disc upload for download at any page, so its kinda really rare. I got my copy and i wanted to share it, Enjoy!

Edit: I got it know, i realized that i was supposed to post this on Anime music download! but i posted it here!
