I think I’ll wait for the home video release for this one. Doesn’t look terrific, but it doesn’t look that bad either.

I’ll see it in the theaters. If it’s good then it’ll be so much better in the wide. If it’s bad, it will suck and blow that much more. Can’t be any worse than Terminator: Salvation.

I agree. Even the original Terminator said "it sucked."

The latest trailer is far too revealing.
We know the beginning and middle all too well.

The only thing left to find out is how it ends.
15 minutes of the movie will be worthwhile (not counting dialogue, shoddy storyline, etc).

But just to establish the ending and the build up to the inevitable sequels/prequels.

I don’t care what you say.
As of this point in the story/timeline, we’re meant to believe she’s still as badass as ever because they’ve been waiting for 10 years for shit to happen.
But, look, she flinches whenever she fires her gun.

John Wick never flinched. A lot of actors never flinched.
They pushed too hard to make this movie happen with all the glitter and glamor they forgot how to train people.

I am so done with Terminator. There never should have been films made after Judgement Day. Or, if a third had to be made – then have it made by Cameron. And have it so that it wouldn’t say "fuck you" to Judgement Day. Same goes for Salvation. In that one, Judgement Day happened. In T2, they prevented it. I just cannot wait till the rights revert back to Cameron in 3 more years now, I think. Ohhhh….the possibilities

A proper Terminator movie will be something to look forward to. I hope Jim gives Brad a call when the time comes.

Ahem to that. But judging from Cameron’s previous statements, he too is done with the Terminator. His stories ended with T2. Of course, he might pull a George Miller and when he hits seventy make a new Terminator.
