Final Fantasy XIV website music

(Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong section !)

Alright, Final Fantasy XIV Online has been announced a few hours ago as a next-gen MMORPG for PS3/PC. The official website (including a 1080p version of the E3 2009 trailer) has already been launched : http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com

According to the website, Nobuo Uematsu is the main composer for this game, so we can assume that he did it. But I don’t have a clue about its name. Feel free to listen to it, it’s worth downloading imo 🙂

So, as far as we know, Nobuo is doing all of the music and not just the title theme?

As far as we know, yes, but it’s not really 100% sure yet. This would be awesome ! The last time Uematsu did all the music of a FF was for FFIX… it was about 10 years ago. Times goes so fast…

Interesting that he chose an online game to return to full composing duties for the series.
