I’m actually kinda cut about this. I just bought FFIV and V for the GBA not that long ago.
Still, I really, really have my fingers crossed for an eventual FFVI DS.

Yea but Final Fantasy IV was a great game and a very popular and great rpg for it’s time. It’s great! I hope to beat the DS version when it comes out. 🙂

I quite like the in-game designs, I think they also stay close to Amano’s art while at the same time paying tribute to the original game. For example, Rydia’s in-game model looks closer to the original art than the CG version. Of course, those who can’t get past the eye-candy would not see that.

Meh, Rosa’s original design looked hot, but the DS design does not. Her cape is completely screwed up.
