Officially, no such FFVII manga exists (although I assume it would probably be only a mtter of time given Square Enix seems to be milking FFVII for all it’s worth at the moment).
Unoffically however, there are countless fan-produced ‘doujinshi’ manga floating around online which are not licenced by Square Enix, most being ‘hentai’ (pornographic), of which the less said, the better.

Yes, there are actually two animated versions of FFVII – the upcoming, much anticipated CG film FFVII Advent Children, and an animated OVA series called FFVII Last Order, of which very few details are known, other than the fact it fills in the 2 year gap between the end of FFVII and the start of Advent Children.
But as I said, not much is known about it.
