FFXI Macros help

How do you make/use macros? (other than the ones already pre-made like Help! I’m being chased by ____ at ___) I couldn’t get them to work last time I tried. 🙁

well….depends what u r playing on, if on ps2 which is the one i’m playing it on just go to the menu, hit left or right and go to where it says macros, and click on the one u want to change, and to use em just hit r2 or l2 and they come up and just select one
if u r on the pc then well…..ask someone else, hope i helped!;)

My recommendation would be to read the instruction manual that came with the book… you know that thick stack of paper with words on it. Who knew that reading an "INSTRUCTION MANUAL" would help instruct you on how to play the game
