hmmmm that’s a very hard question i liked how you were able to switch characters in FFX, but it kinda got annoying when you forgot to use a character to give them exp. it was kinda hard to play if you didn’t get their last weapon and some of the monsters were pretty hard, but hey it’s a good challenge to see if you’re a true FF fan. in FFX-2 it was really cool that they used a new game plus which made me very happy and how the battle system was. the story line was good, but the girl power stuff was a bit tooooooo much for me. it was corny, but still square-enix went a little overboard, seriously. well the main reason i played FFX-2 was because of the battle system and the storyline. the story of lenne and shuin was very very sad. so i’m gonna go with FFX becasue it was just a bit more better.

you don’t need celestial weapons for FFX. even with out them FFX is so easy to beat. FFX sure is easiest FF series ever imo. FFX wasn’t a challenge for me at all. even if your chars are too weak to kill stuff once you get anima and magus sisters its all 1 hit kill -_-;; including bosses. ultima weapon, omega weapon, seymour’s final battle, jecht, all dies with 1 hit by anima or magus sisters.

Well, if your aeons can defeat them in one hit, it’s obvious that you had trained a while before you could do that. They aren’t that strong once you get them.

Anywho, I’d go with FFX-2 cause FFX is way too easy, and also I did not enjoy the sidequests alot either. Although FFX-2 wasn’t hard, it gave me more of a challenge then FFX

yeah i did some training at omega ruins. i didn’t learn every sphere grids but i think i learned at least 3/4. anima had more than 20k hp magus sisters also had like 30k, 28k, 24k hp each.

i agree that FFX-2 little more challenging than FFX. and i really like FFX-2 battle 🙂 good to see time limit gauge is back.

Yeah, as was mentioned, there’s another thread discussing the exact same topic like not even half-way down, so… click.
