I am the 53rd, yet the 6th.
I am both as fickle and as helpful as the water.
I live near to you, yet can be so far away.
Who am I?

You know that this is essentially the same thing as the Final Fantasy VIII Trivia. Closed in 3…2…1…Bam!!

I don’t think it’s the same as Trivia, leaving open as long as people are willing to play. I have no idea about the riddle though.
