It don’t know exactly, but I suppose you can fight it anytime you can enter the library which is like 2-3 times in the game. Not on the 4th disc though.

When you go to save eiko and garnet on Disc 3 is the bets time to fight him. When ur on Disc 2 youll be a bit weak.

Yeah, I think Disc 3 would be the best time. I tried on Disc 2, and it was HARD.

again, lucky me, i defeated it on the 2nd disc……:D …….hah. i guess im just a natural…..:p
