I cant think of the name of this one tune.

That’s easy.
It’s called You’re Not Alone!, and is on disc 4 of the Japanese FFIX OST CD set. It was also available in the US on the Tokyopop single disc Music From the FFIX Video Game CD, although I think that CD is long out of print.
