Hmm, it isn’t very unlikely that it would lose to OoT, both of those games are their first introductions into three dimensions.

FFVII and OoT can be debated all across the interwebs.

No, but I was there, and they stated it when they started this round that Ocarina lost last time.

I think the majority of everyone hates Final Fantasy VII, just because other people love it so much. You either love Final Fantasy VII, or you hate it, with a passion.

Nice to be here. Though I doubt I’ll have much to say until we get Kingdom Hearts: Play as Axel in… August was it? For now I just wanted to put this up in hopes of keeping Ocarina from there, because I have a deep hatred for it (glitchy, ugly, and predictable, and ensures that just because it came up with the system it will forever cast a shadow on MM, WW, and TP all of whom did it far better with better plots and oh I’m ranting).

I’m with you on that, I am. LttP and TP are lightyears above OoT in my heart.

I’m not as big on LttP as most are (still good though), partly because my introduction was through the Oracle games (I was too poor to have videogames until the GBA). TP is my favorite though. Midna 🙁 .

I started with the original (I’m old :o), but LttP was my favorite until I played Twilight Princess.

I do quite like that LttP has the largest library of stuff to use (if I’m not mistaken). But nothing, NOTHING, tops out Spider-Link: Slayer of Dragons.

I don’t hate the game, but the countless hours I spent on this game. I can’t just say this game completely blows.

So long as a Zelda game is the winner, Alttp and Oot are both more legendary than VII or X.

Yes, sadly. I don’t mind seeing A Zelda up there. But to have two Zeldas and two FFs.

and oot is great, but i agree that mm is better. haven’t played tp though so idk but the i read the plot on wiki and it seemed lame/not as epic :\ (i prefer games (stories) that like, involve the world being blown to smithoreens. and if it has an all powerful character in it, all the better ^^)

I will actually agree with you that Majora’s Mask is better in the sense that it is somewhat more intriguing and the story was pretty good too (almost a stand-alone game if it weren’t a Zelda title).

Maybe its cuz FFVII is just getting too old and it looks like shit compared to games after it’s time.

Same could be said of Ocarina…

Oh sorry…by ‘looks’ i meant like its actual content such as side quests, places to go, monsters, training, etc. Sorry if you took that literally..i should be more specific.

There’s no reason for this thread. It always comes down to Ocarina and FFVII and most who vote for FFVII have some twisted perception of it that it’s the greatest game ever. Plus, those who think that are most like under 16 and didn’t even play it upon release. Ocarina is winning for a reason though.
