FF7 Japanese (original release) version

I’ve read somewhere that in the japanese (not international) version of the game the enemy skill Chocobuckle does damageequal to the casters LVL multiplied with the number of times you have escaped. Does anyone with this version of the game know if this is true, maybe check it out?

Also, I’m looking for this version of the game. If anyone has got it and want to get rid of it let me know. If not, does anyone know where i could get hold of it?
