That Final Fantasy 7 demo seems to work fine on my Windows XP computer but only if i change the compatability to Win95. Does changing this make games that dont run on XP work? I know it makes games like Broken Sword 1 & 2, Black & White work sometimes.

Also to save me doing another post, does FF8 need a patch to work on XP? Any help would be most appreciated

I havn’t tried playing FF8 on XP yet, but it worked perfectly under W2K.

If you go into properties on the disc. You can change what mode it runs in. Ie Win 95, 98 etc.
